Sometimes things can get a bit dicey when it comes to tenancy, contract or copyright law. Do you have legal problems and need advice? Then our free initial consultation is available to you as a student at one of the universities we support. The initial information is limited to a verbal legal advice. You can use the initial consultation once per topic. During the consultation, our lawyer Tobias Grösche can give you advice on how to proceed.

Appointments are only available by prior appointment (by e-mail or telephone) and usually take place on a Wednesday afternoon – counselling is always by telephone. Consultation by e-mail is not possible. You will receive detailed information about the process when you register. Before the consultation, please send your valid certificate of enrollment as well as the signed form for data protection in legal counselling by e-mail.

• If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us. If you do not cancel by phone in time, your right to a legal advice appointment for the current and coming semester expires.
• You are responsible for meeting any deadlines that may have been set, for example in contracts.
